A good day to you al;. i am currently using cvs
1.11.1p1 on a linux box with wincvs 1.2.0 and 1.3.7 .
i seem to be having problems importing certain files;
wincvs 1.2.0 reports that certain text files contain
"illegal escape characters" -- these files are
actually web pages.
At first i thought this was a bug with wincvs
1.2.0(it still very might well be), so i tried it with
wincvs 1.3.7; i had the same error, plus another one:
"file is unicode while expecting binary" while trying
to add gif files(not animated gifs and such).
Any workaround for this?
