I'm in favor, too. I just joined this list last week, and it's
the noisest list I've ever seen. I think your proposal is a fine
way to reduce the spam problem.

No matter what we think of Linux versus FreeBSD, etc., the one thing I
really like about Linux is that it has Microsoft worried. Anything
