All checked in files, got wrong timestamp.

I update the systemtime from a ntp-timeserver every night, the clients
are all using a ntp-timeclient to synch the time with the CVS-server.

The timestamp always differ 2 hours (behind), I'll guess this have to do
with the daylight savings changes of time (CEST, Stockholm).

From where do CVS get the time when the new timestamp for the file sets?

Regards,
Markus
