Dear List,
We are currently running CVS 1.11 on a linux machine and may want to upgrade
to 1.11.1p1 (or maybe 1.11.2 as recently announced).
I already downloaded the executable from
http://www.cvshome.org/downloads.html
it conatins a single file "cvs".
Is it correct that we can remove the current cvs executable in our
/usr/bin with this new one without affecting the repository or the
configuration? Or do we have to reinsall and reconfigure CVS
from scratch to make the lead to the new version?
What do we have to further pay attention to?
