Susan,
If you did an import to bring the files into the repository initially, it will create a 1.1.1.1 version.... I don't think it is a bug. There are graphical tools: tkcvs will display graphical renditions of file versioning, see: http://www.twobarleycorns.net/tkcvs/tkcvs-log.gif Cheers, Teala -----Original Message----- From: susan_betty [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, May 14, 2002 1:59 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: CVS bug:Need CVS GUI to see/check G version Tree and revID Hello, -1st question is: * is there any GUI tool for CVS in Unix which allow to see a graphical ver sion Tree of a file -2nd question: Have you noticed some any bug strange behavoiur of CVS on head branch for ex, i have revision 1.2. 1.3 then suddenly i find 1.1.1.1 revision id *In fact i want to check graphically if it's really a bug rgds S.B =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Article poste via Voila News - http://www.news.voila.fr Le : Tue May 14 10:59:28 2002 depuis l'IP : nat-frp.mentorg.com [VIP 848187450938] _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs
