2 questions.
1) Is it possible in CVS to send out alerts to other users everytime a
directory is created inside the repository. Notification thru email to a
group alias informing them of the folders created. Something like a watch
add which is used for checking out.
2) How do I implement restricted Check out in CVS thru cvs admin. Do I check
out the concerned folder and then apply cvs admin -l to that. I need to do
this for the entire
