Is there a way to check out a file keeping it's
original modification time? An example would be I
checked in a binary dated 3/21/01 on 5/28/02.
When I go and check out the binary, the date is
stamped with the current time and date. For
Microsoft WHQL purposes, I need the ability to
pull a file with its modification date. Microsoft
SourceSafe has this capability.
