If by that you mean that files in the old folders get updated,
but the new folders don't appear, then you need to use a modification
of what Larry suggested:
cd AppModule
cvs update -d
The "-d" says to update directories that exist in the repository,
but not in your working directory.
And if that wasn't what you meant, please be more specific.
"Seems to be having problems" is extremely vague.
