I have setup a CVS repository in /usr/local/cvsroot on a Linux server. My working directory is my home directory on that same server.
When I checkout a project to my working directory, the working files and directories are placed in my working directory but the CVS/ administrative directory tree is not created. I have looked in the manuals, HOWTOs, etc. and have found no indication of this problem or what can solve it. I assume it is a permissions issue but I don't know where to look or what users/groups should have permissions changed. Any hints out there?
