Thanks, Anders - I've updated cvs.exe to 1.11.2 - I believe that's the latest.
At any rate, I still get the behavior described below. Is there any configuration above and beyond what I did to get it to work from the command line? It seems to me that since there is a port and hostname, there should be a process running for the jcvs app to communicate. I haven't found anything in the documentation about that for Windows.
