StarTeam to CVS conversion

Hello-

Is there a StarTeam to CVS conversion utility out there along the lines of the excellent vss2cvs utility from Laine Stump and others? I have not been able to find anything despite some extensive searching, wondering if anyone else has seen anything like this.
