One of my source files has a revision number:
  1.277.4.78.2.47.2.32.4.2.2.1.2.12

This is too big (for instance it causes problems in bonsai).

It would be nice to set the revision to (say) 2.0
and start the numbering over again.

The Cederqvist manual mentions (section 4.3) that the -r switch
can be used to do this, but elsewhere it looks like this actually
is used to make a new branch .. not reset the revision number.

Is there some way to get this revision number reset without
creating a new branch solely for that purpose??

Thanks,
Eli
