Thanks for the help, that is a good idea. 
It is enough to attach the information just after the log message has been 
written.

But one question: 
You say the verifymsg script gets the names of all files modified and added. 
What is the name of the variable to get this information and use it in the 
script ???
Otherwise I would have to remove the "CVS:" strings in the log message as you 
suggested.
