What's the difference between using cvs_output() and error() for sending messages back to the client?
Which method is used for sending message that pertain to "operation completed successfully"? Are all of the messages that use either cvs_output() or error() always be sent back to the client, or are some of those messages trapped internally by the cvs server? If there are some that are trapped internally, how can I tell that from looking at the code?
