We are currently running WinCVS 1.2 on Windows XP Professional talking to a CVS server
running CVS 1.11.6 on OpenBSD 3.3. I want to upgrade WinCVS to the most recent release
(1.3b14), and CVS to the most recent stable release (1.11.11). To upgrade, is it as
simple as downloading the corresponding packages and installing them over the previous
versions?
