I have both vss and cvs repositories on my Windows 2000 workstation. I installed activepearl & cygwin as suggested in the readme.txt.     If I copy/paste the   “cvs -f import -m "Directory structure from VSS" "POS_PROJECTS" fromVSS transfer   and run it from the command prompt, it run fine.   Any help is appreciated!
