Then I'm afraid you'll have to dedicate at least some of your time
looking for a tool which already includes integrated full software
configuration management. Then once you find one you'll probably also
have to spend real money to buy and support it.
No such tool is going to be free. You'll either have to spend your time
creating a custom toolset, or your money and aggrevation buying and
adapting to a commercial one.
