I'm afraid not. You are talking to the wrong list - this list deals with
command-line, GNU CVS. There is no GUI, no CVSRequest class, no cvsc
directory in this project. You need to ask in a mail list that deals with
the code you're asking about. If this is part of WinCVS, then you want to
start at http://www.wincvs.org.
