Yes, now I'm using plink to do that:
first I commit to the repository and then use plink to perform a
update on the sandbox of the web server.

But I would really like to cvs do that for me, without using plink or
ssh directly. I read about using loginfo for monitoring changes, but I
don�t have permission to change the file.
