Are old source code releases of CVS available in some way ?
Many other free software packages have many ("all" ?) old releases
available for download in the same way as recent ones.
But for CVS I haven't seen this.
And as far as I understand the CVS archives of CVS itself aren't
available either.
The reason I want to know, was that I was trying to find out exaclty
when a certain behaviour of CVS started. Therefore I had planned to
build a number of versions of CVS and compare the behaviour among
these.
