Dear Friends,

After I do a CVS checkout for some reson CVS creates a CVS folder at
the same top level as the project I checked out. As an example:

%ls
%cvs checkout ProjectTEST
%ls
  CVS/
  ProjectTEST/

Does anyone know why the CVS folder is being created here? When I
made the CVS project,I used:
% cvs import -m"message" ProjectTEST INTIIAL start

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Scott
