This is
very true, there is no C version of LibCVS currently. As
Derek stated
not so long ago, a C library to CVS is a project
looking for someone with the
skills and the time.
If you do start work on it, I'm sure the people at
info-cvs would
also be glad to hear about it, and probably have lots of 2c to
add.
