Hmmm... 1.11.17.1 is a 'beta' in that the only way to get it is to
checkout a copy from the cvshome.org cvs repository.
I expect that 1.11.18 might be released 'soon' (Derek is the only one
who can tell you if 'soon' is measured in seconds, minutes, hours, days,
weeks, months, years, decades, or longer... :-).
If it helps, doing the 'cvs update -jtag' command will work,
it is just the 'cvs -n update -jtag' command that will have the error...
all in all, a fairly minor bug.
