Using the WANdisco CVS Replicator you can create an "active" backup,
which can have a 0 second RTO (Recovery Time) and RPO (Recovery Point).
You can choose to -
1. Have the 2nd replica accessible right away using a switch
2. You can have the 2nd replica participate actively in workload
distribution ala Web server clusters you may be familiar with.
3. You can setup more than 2 replicas, to deal with rolling disasters.
