I think I asked this before, but I can't find it: Is there a way to update just the CVS/Entries files so they reflect the current directory structure that's checked in? Due to the way I've been partially adding pieces of our tree over time, I seem to have ended up with some top level Entries files that only have a partial view of everything that was checked in.
