because i need to work with my partners which are located all over the world :) so we need remote server account

If it's an open source project why can use www.sourceforge.net or similar.

If it's not - the only idea which comes to my mind is to rent a cheaper virtual private server or similar.

Or if one of your partners has a decent permanent Internet connection and can run server sort of 'at home'.
