So: - set the permissions in $CVSROOT/mymodule/mydir (chmod g+w $CVSROOT/mymodule/mydir) and - make sure your umask creates dirs g+w (e.g. umask=002 will by default create dirs drwxrwxr-x (775); whereas umask=022 will by default create dirs drwxr-xr-x (755)). The umask is used when creating dirs during CVS checkout.
