LibCVS Perl is a library for client access to CVS repositories.
Version 1.0.2 brings the ability to apply tags, as well as
several bug fixes.
It includes a new script, lcvs-tagbase, which can be used to apply
a base tag to an exisiting branch, even in older repositories.
LibCVS Perl can be obtained directly from CPAN, or through its
savannah project page:
