Hello, I've read the CVS manual, it seems CVS does not care about the file access mode. But, I have a bash script in CVS, when I check it out, the file access mode in my local working copy is always rw-r-r. I want to change the file access mode to rwx-rwx-rwx when I check it out. Of cause I can change it in my local directory, but other people gets annoyed every time to update from the cvs, they have to manually change the file access mode. Is there any way in CVS I can check in a file with the access mode I like? I have tried to check this file rwx-rwx-rwx from my local copy, but when I check out, it still came as rw-r-r. Appreciate any helps.
Thank you. Jim _______________________________________________ Info-cvs mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs
