Pierre/Matyas, >For a Windows client, visit http://www.tortoisecvs.org
Tortoise is just a GUI - but it does bundle CVSNT which is the actual CVS client: http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/ Based on the "problem" description I think Matyas's windows users are using Cygwin CVS with CYGWIN set to unix line endings. If you have non-unix users using Windows, you are better off having CVSNT on the client. You could also look at CVSNT on the Linux server too (it's free / GPL etc) if you need audit, change sets etc. As Jim pointed out - as long as the client is used to do the checkout and the commit the line endings wont need "fixing".
