I'm trying to import the CVS sources into my local repository. A lot of the files that are included in cvs-1.11.21.tar.gz are also included in various .cvsignore files throughout the tree. (E.g., in the root directory, .cvsignore specifies cvs.spec, but there is cvs.spec in the source distribution.) Is the source distribution unclean, or are the .cvsignore files in error, or is there something else I'm missing?
