This is not the forum for WinCVS, go to the WinCVS web site to find the mailing list details (it's a yahoo group from memory). WinCVS uses CVSNT (by default) and the latest CVSNT server includes an audit module that writes all activity to an SQL database, you can then use crystal reports, or any other SQL based report writer to get this info. It also allows you to obtain metrics like most commits by number of lines changed etc. CVSNT is GPL / free (just like CVS) and runs on Linux, Unix, Mac and Windows.
