There
is a separate newsgroup for WinCVS:
If it
was working a few days ago - the obvious question would be if anything had
changed on the client or server in those days.
Also
there are various different CVS servers - many WinCVS users use CVSNT (on
Unix/Linux/Windows) - which also has a different newsgroup. CVSNT supports
access control lists - if an ACL has been added you could get a similar error
message. But it you are using WinCVS then that newsgroup may be your best
first point of contact.
