I haven't done it personally, but if you search the archives I'm sure
you'll find several threads discussing how to do it. See the URL
automagically appended to each message for a link to the archives.

And when you've finished your migration, would you consider adding an
entry in the FAQ? It would be very helpful. The FAQ is here:
