Well, this time you left off the -S, but there's still a problem:

Selected revisions should be 0, not 1.  This works fine in CVS, but I
see you're using CVSNT for your server -- this would appear to be a bug
in CVSNT.  Check for a newer version of CVSNT or report it to them as a
bug.
