Yes, I know the answer is no. There is no way in CVS to do this...
I want to invert rtag... I want to feed CVS a tag (or a collection files I don't care, it's equivalent) And get ... * Which branch this tag is on. * What other tags are exactly the same? * A ranking of tags from closest to furthest from this tag. Yes, I know there is know way in CVS to do this. I know in principle to do it would require lots and lots and lots of computing effort. But given how often people ask me to get CVS to do this for them... I suspect somebody somewhere may have written a script to do this. Any pointers?
