Hmmm... That is a very old snapshot from 2006-07-12. I had the
understanding that it was being updated more often than that. For all of
that the snapshot should have been of revision 1.2 and so my patch
should have applied if your mail user agent didn't mangle it.

Sure. A 'wget' or 'fetch' on the following URL should give you a copy of
