List:
We have a new release that is progressing on a release branch. Current
development is occurring on the main branch. how can we:
1) Lock the main branch
or
2) notify the modifiers of each branch that someone else is working on
the the other branch?
or
3) Periodically run a report / script to compare release branch / vs
main branch, and report on changes?
