WinCVS 2.0.2.4 does not ignore CVS: lines in my template

when I use command line checkin on the server these lines are ignored
all right, but not from WinCVS

CVS: reviewed-by:
CVS: bug-#:
bug-#:
---

the lines starting with CVS: should be ignored... anyone has any
pointers? thanks
