Hi How can it be that date keyword expansion is different on two machines? On one machine, date is delimited by '/' and on one machine by '-':
repository: 'Last edit on $Date: 2007/11/18 17:41:25 $' machine 1: 'Last edit on $Date: 2007/11/18 17:41:25 $' machine 2: 'Last edit on $Date: 2007-11-18 17:41:25 $' The two machines are both run by Linux. Locale is the same (verified by 'locale' and echo $LC_ALL). cvs version does not seem to matter (checked versions 1.12.13 and 1.11.22). I should be able to synchronize two checkouts on two different machines from time to time _before_ committing changes. This is not possible as there are lots of differences caused by the different delimiter. -> Has anyone a clue how to have delimiter '/' on both machines?
