SLOCcount might do the job: http://www.dwheeler.com/sloccount/sloccount.html Reading the docs, this script apparently takes note of file extensions. Therefore, it might be necessary to checkout full versions of the relevant trees/files and run SLOCcount on them. This could be sped up by checking out only the files that were changed via commit.
