If you are using CVSNT on windows or linux/unix/mac then just set ACLMode=normal in CVSROOT/config and then use 'cvs chacl': http://www.cvsnt.org/manual/html/chacl.html
Note there is a cvsnt specific newsgroup you should use for CVSNT questions: http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt or news://news.cvsnt.org/support.cvsnt FAQ for CVSNT newsgroup: http://www.march-hare.com/cvspro/faq/faq2.asp#2z Regards, Arthur Barrett -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, 28 April 2008 2:22 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: User Permissions Hi Not sure if this is the proper forum to ask; is it possible to limit some users access permissions to read-only in CVS running in Windows server? I know how to do it for CVS running on Linux but I need help on how to do it in Windows. Thanks Back to work after baby- how do you know when you're ready?
