CVS 1.12.9 or newer releases support 'cvs rls' and 'cvs ls' commands.
CVS 1.11.x does not support 'cvs rls' or 'cvs ls' at this time.
However, a poor man's 'cvs rls' command may be performed using:

  cvs -nq rlog -R module-name

which will list out all of the files under the 'module-name' hierarchy
although not in as useful a form.
