Nutheti, It depends on the version of the server, and if audit or history is enabled.
If CVS 1.x or CVSNT 2.x, and 'history' is enabled, then use 'cvs history'. If CVSNT 2.x and the audit database is enabled then use SQL to query the audit database. If neither history nor audit is enabled, you don't get that information.
