I think people would expect quota usage and quota set to be attributes to
existing LDAP entries. However, referrals can not be generated on the
attribute level in LDAP. So one would need to use a DIT, where the cyrus
specific attributes are stored in a "sub"entry to the user entry, which
then could be referred to.
