Could you post back after a couple of days, even if just to say "we're using it and it works"? Has anyone got a good IMAP torture test suite? I'd feel better rolling out skiplist if I'd run it through a simulator of load that replicated real world behaviour (concurrent processes with some same/different users; deletes, mark read/unread, fetches...)
