Because cyradm is PERL (take a look in cyradm; "exec perl -MCyrus::IMAP") you could easily use the modul Cyrus::IMAP in small script that fulfill your needs, like a cyrus-mk-mbx.pl i.e. There is even a modul named IMAP::Admin.
