Did that particular email (EB0C1E5B11) ever get delivered? If not, there may be something within the email triggering lmtpd to crash. Are there any binary headers or unusual content? If the email is junk, there may be configuration options within postfix to disallow such emails. Attach a debugger to trouble shoot lmtpd.
