Yes, an IMAP client issued an EXPUNGE.

This looks for Expunged messages to Expire.

It is a three phased delete; which is beautiful.

Message Deleted (becomes candidate for expunge)
  -> Message Expunged (becomes candidate for expiration)
  -> Message Expired

The first two steps are performed by the client/user. The final step
is performed by the administrator, expressed via the server's policy as
defined in cyrus.conf.
