Guile Gtk is a Guile interface to the Gtk graphical user interface
libraries. Version 2.0 is now available from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/guile-gtk/guile-gtk-2.0.tar.gz
It should hit the mirrors soon. A great many sites around the world

This release is a major upgrade,
* Now wrapping Gtk 2 series
Guile-Gtk was previously wrapping Gtk 1.2. There are some
incompatible changes between Gtk 1.2 and Gtk 2, Guile-Gtk has simply
adopted the new style wherever applicable, so Guile-Gtk programs will
need to be reviewed.
If you've got an old 8-bit display then you may already have been
unpleasantly surprised by the breakage introduced there in Gtk 2.8.
This of course affects Guile Gtk programs upgrading too. A possible
workaround is at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4945
